In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

In some countries, it is often said investing big amount of money in building new rapid railway lines for among cities is very important. The alternative view is the budget should be used for upgrading the existing public transportation. In my opinion, Jakarta citizen is highly dependent to existing public transport, hence I strongly agree the money would be beneficial to refine current public transport.

Healthcare should always be funded by governments, and it should always be free for people to use. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this idea?

One of the basic human rights is the access to medical care when needed, it is a garenteed right by the Genovee convection. However, in the capitalist world we live in today, healthcare serveices became increasingly expensive. I strongly advocate that government shall cover the medical expenses of all the population, though I am aware of the obstecles that makes this idea seem utopian.
