Through the years, the media world has been changing and one of the most important is where the news editors present the news. Television and newspapers are the most common means, but there are some criteria to choose what kind of news to present. In this discussion, I'm going to talk about different factors people take in the moment to decide where to broadcast in the media and what is considered bad or good news.

These days more people have to compete with young generation in getting the same job opportunities. This trend creates unemployment problems and discrimination in recruitment process among middle-age people and young generation. A group of people believe that professional workers and managers playing significant roles in the firm bear a right to earn more money plus incentives compared to ordinary laborers. I subscribe to the notion that managers conduct the company; besides prosperity of the company results in their strategy and decisions in sensitive situations. Therefore they would deserve tangible bounces.
