It is universally acknowledged that technology advancement has extensively penetrated into diverse spheres of lives and a criminal aspect as well. Some proponents of benefits of technology believe that it assists to decrease the crime rate in societies, however, some oppose this statement and maintain an increase due to technology. This essay will express both view points and also my orientation.

In the 20th century, usage of the electronic devices has been increased drastically. People who are born and brought up in the previous generation had grown up playing the traditional games of their locality and they naturally had the habit of socializing with others because they did not grow up watching TV or playing with any other electronic devices. But kids in this generation are growing up depending on the gadgets.

Due to advancement in technology, people now are able to live longer than before. Whilst many think that ageing population has more problems for the government, I believe that having older people in community is more beneficial, and this has more poitives than drawbacks.

Some substitution forms of cars should be use either governments should enact some laws to confine car ownership. I strongly agree with this statement. The first and foremost positive of this is that a child’s brain is more active at this age. They have a better grasping power and learning ability as compared to high school children. Therefore it is easy for them to understand and learn a language that is different from their mother tongue. Apart from that, if they learn foreign language properly than this will act as an extra skill in them that will help them to communicate with people outside of their country. For instance, if they know English well and opt for studying abroad in future than they will be able to exchange their ideas easily with the people of that country. In addition to that, with the ability to speak and write another language young one’s will be able to secure better jobs in the multinational companies for example, get recruited in large import and export corporations to deal with foreign clients.
