The world of work is changing rapidly and employees cannot depend on having the same job or the same working conditions for life. Discuss the possible causes for this rapid change, and suggest ways of preparing people for the world of work in the future.

In this fast growing world, people cannot rely on doing the same work or having the same working environment for their whole life. It could be because of the growing technology where most of the repetitive works are substituted by the machines and robot and less man power are needed and also people tend to look for new talents and challenges in new working conditions rather than locked themselves in their comfort zones.

As mass communication and transport continue to grow, societies are becoming more and more alike leading to a phenomenon known as globalisation. Some people fear that globalisation will inevitably lead to the total loss of cultural identity. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Advancement of technology in communication and transportation has catalized glabalisation. This phenomenon created more shared common things and values within global citizen. Some people assume that globalisation can disrupt nation's identity and eventually will make cultural heritage vanished. I am agree with people's assumption because new generations are prone to adapt the new culture and many of them are passionate with assimilated culture.

Recently, many people around the world prefer buying imported food to local food. Personally, this writer believes that because of the excellent quality and the local climate have created this trend and it can be solved by raising more fund to develop the local agriculture.

First of all, it must be understood that the quality of imported food is one of the factors that affect people’s decision. This is because food which is exported to another country always nutritious and they were cultivated in modern environment. Furthermore, imported food such as vegetables or fruits are usually exotic to the local region. Therefore, they will appeal local people to buy and ignore local products, leading to the reduction of local food’s sale. For example, nowadays, many people in Vietnam prefer buying strange food from other countries due to their good effects on health.

There are some arguments regarding the option to pursue a higher degree or immediately seek for job right away after high school for a better career. Although it might be a long process, I firmly believe that getting a degree is a better alternative to becoming a successful person.

On this matter, some individuals think that their social circle influence on them more while others oppose that influences from parents and teachers is higher. In my opinion, friends have greater impacts on them as they spend longer time on their daily lives. However, this essay intend to explore deeply both points of view.

In my opinion, more confortable and convenient public transport can encourage people to use it and settle this traffic problem in short period of time efficiently with cost saving.
