In the contemporary workplace, some recruiter insist on prioritizing candidates with strong theoretical knowledge and academic background whilst others prefer employee with practical skills regarding applying experience can address the hurdle occured in the work. In my perspective, judging which view is more advantageous depends on the character of position and there is no doubt that a talent equipped with both capabilities will be popular in the labour market.

A growing number of people feel that animals should not be exploited by people and they should have the same rights as humans, while others argue that humans must employ animals to satisfy their needs, for example, for food and research. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Although some claim that exploitation of animlas should be banned because they have rights similar to humans, there is another, and it is also in my favour, that it is necessary to use animals for satisfication of humans' needs. However, some of them think that some data is quite vital and valuable to be acceced for everyone. In my opinion, I agree with both views and in this essay I will try to explain my point of view.
