An ongoing debate regarding utilizing animals for the benefit of mankind is heating. Some believe that such practice is inhumane while others thought that it is beneficial to optimize them. While both arguments have some merits to it, I strongly believe that it is perfectly fine to engage in that particular activity.

Most high level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. To what extent do you agree?

It is true that women make up over half of the workforce in many developed countries, and men hold most senior roles within companies. Therefore, some people argue that female candidates should be expanded. I do believe that encouraging more women in top jobs can help companies do better, however it might not be fair for everyone who deserves the job.

In some regions, the seniors are of the great appreciation, whereas in others, the younger are considered more valuable. In my individual, although the process of a nation rely on young contributions, elderly should be appreciated for their dedication in the past and the valuable experience will provide for next generation.
