A lot of places in the world rely on tourism as a main source of Income. Unfortunately, tourism can be cause of lot of problem if its not well managed . What are the advantage and dis advantage in the modern world? Do you think advantage overweight the disadvantage .

The issue of tourism has been a disputatious and contentious matter recently. It has been argued that travelling has a major impact on both countries and people. Therefore, I tend to believe that both the benefits and drawbacks need to be examined in depth.

In many countries, women are allowed to take maternity leave in the first months after babies are born. Do advantage outweigh disadvantage?

There seems to be a debatable issue of whether mothers are entitled to stay away from official duties during the initial months when new born babies need maternity care in more nations. Letting females experience maternity leave provides them an opportunity to get adapted to their new life no matter how others strongly others oppose my notion. Now, I will make the issue clear in order to arrive at the last but not least conclusion.
