Nowadays, in the modern era, technology has developed significantly, making our lives extremely easier, more enjoyable and full of opportunities provided by useful gadgets. From my point of view, internet, which came along with the growth of technology, has made our lives much more convenient, ensuring us a lot of benefits and accessibilities. In the following, I will try to outline some key reasons for this idea.

In today's society people use their smartphones a lot. A reason is smartphone addiction, a lot of us are addicted to their phone, another reason can be social connection, one more can be entertainment. Smartphones have undoubtedly brought about significant advancements and beneficial impacts in numerous aspects of life.

Gender equality in fields like military and police that have more male population than female is a topic that has been progressed and debated worldwide. Some believe that women should be equally represented in these work spaces, while some believe that men are more physically suited than women and should be featured more. In my opinion, women should play an equal role as men in military and police forces, because women are now represented with more opportunities than in the past, and both genders should be equally accepted and treated the same.

Buying a house instead of renting one is more vital for people in some countries. I strongly believe that, it is a positive notion.

This essay,firstly,will discuss which positive sides have to be highlighted, followed by an analysis of the main negative aspects of this issue and measures which can be suggested to avoid them.
