What are the implications for individuals and those around them? It's undeniable that we all don't look at the phone at night and stay up late at night. Phones and other technological gadgets have become an essential part of our lives. The purpose of this essay is to examine the factors that cause individuals to stay up late and get little sleep. One of the main reasons is the love we have for our favorite gadgets, such as phones, TVs, and computers. Many people have a habit of looking at their phones or working at the computer at night.
