Health is person's first priority. it is sad but true that obesity is increasing day by day. There are numerous reasons of this situation and it leads to some hazardious effects. This essay will further elaborate the reasons and effects of this scenario.

People believe that risks have direct impacts on people's lives in several aspects, and it is important that everyone should take risks. Moreover, risks can shape people's minds and lead to successful opportunities with unexpected outcomes which can be beneficial for them in the future.

These days, convenience foods will increase considerably because so many people prefer to choose easier foods to eat, compared to a conventional meal that needs a week to prepare. I totally disagree because most enjoyment feeds are unhealthy and have detrimental effects on the body. Moreover, traditional meals can disappear in the future.
