There is no dubt that each indivisual has it own way to spent in their free time. Some people use lesiure time for activities and other for rest. In fact there is no fixed guidelines or rules on how to spend your time, but in this essay I will discuss both sides and give my opinion about it.

It is true that nowadays, a slim young woman is showcased as an ideal model through the media. However, this trend causes several drawbacks to society, but I think, informing people about the people to like their body, while motivating them to achieve a healthy lifestyle, can tackle this challenge.

The debate over whether experiencing health issues due to overconsumption of junk food is an actual topic for nowadays.It is suggested that, authority should exaggerate level of taxes on such food products.From my own consideration, i concede that, it is possible to disagree to a negligible extent, but I mainly agree with the given statement for more plausible reasons,such as higher taxes encourage individuals to tend to healthier alternatives.
