While both viewpoints present valid arguments, I am to delve into each perspective in detail, ultimately aligning with the former position as the more compelling stance.

It is a common belief that some people are born with innate talents, such as sports and music. It is sometimes argued that any child can be taught to become a good sportsman or musician. I personally believe that although creative things like sports and music require innate talents, if anyone can be taught to become a sportsperson or musician, it is possible.

Personally, I consider that keeping the swimming pool will be the most suitable option for the building. Although, having a gym is a good idea, it will probably be more costly than keeping the swimming pool which is already built.
