Nowadays, there is an increasing trend of advertising kids to purchase junk foods and games. It is said that parents have a sense of unfairness due to these advertisements. There are both advantages and disadvantages regarding this statement and will be discussed in this essay. However, I entirely concur that the drawbacks do outweigh the benefits.

Nowadays, digitalisation is accelerated and most people own smartphones. Whilst it makes the young generation's life easier, the elderly are facing difficulty to be familiar with them. In my view, by choosing the right smartphone and adapting to daily exercise, the difficulty they face can be reduced.

It is true that people nowadays are easier to get weight than before, and there is a clear correlation between the frequency of working out and sports.
