The government should pay to the parents of very young children, so that one of them can stay at home and look after their children. What do you think are the pros and cons of this policy? Justify your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

The parental subsidization by government policy is one of the topics that has stirred up controversy worldwide. We all known that the first three years since the kid were born is the most important stage as it is the point where brain and body highly develop. For the government to pay the parents of newborn, there are both advantage and disadvantage. I will point out some including the example to be clearer.

Recently, an increasing number of individuals have started focus on environmental issue. Especially, one of those problems is that whether administrations should allocate more funds on global warming. And it has become a heated controversy. Most of citizens support that the government definitely should do. Personally, I do agree that.

The imbalance of development in various of countries and regions is an issue that has been notably recognized by the general public. Some people think that developed nations ought to assist the developing ones with a range of aids, such as technology support, educational resources and investment consultancy, rather than only giving away money. Overall, I think their view is relatively rational and I totally agree with them.

It is often argued that people reading books have better linguistic skills and are more imaginative rather than those preferring to watch television. In my personal perspective, I agree with the former view because books do not provide visual aesthetics that help to develop imagination and also enhance the vocabulary of readers.

In the past, the crime rate is very high. On the contrary, Secure and solvable crime can be helped by developing technology, so the offence is decreasing related to the past. Even though the majority of the public values the recreation ground, there is a common belief that gardens can be used for more development programs such as housing or industrial projects which will help the economy of the country. People have differing views with regard to the question of how to make our roads safer. In my view, both punishments and a range of other measures can be used together to promote better driving habits. On the one hand, strict punishments can certainly help to encourage people to drive more safely. Penalties for dangerous drivers can act as a deterrent, meaning that people avoid repeating the same offence. There are various types of driving penalty, such as small fines, licence suspension, driver awareness courses, and even prison sentences. The aim of these punishments is to show dangerous drivers that their actions have negative consequences. As a result, we would hope that drivers become more disciplined and alert, and that they follow the rules more carefully.
