Some people think the government should pay for health care and education, but there is no agreement about whether it is the government’s responsibility. What is your opinion?

There are controversial perspectives heating up a debate over whether the government should make a payment for the health care system and schooling. While some claim that governors take liability for making a payment for healthcare and the educational system, the opposite makes a statement that neither health care nor education are accountable to the authority. I would contend that it is integral for the state to shoulder responsibility for the health care system and the education but it is not full to some extent.

There are controversial perspectives sparkling a debate whether the authority should use the national budget for the medical system and schooling. While it is necessary for governments to do so, the others make an opposite statement that the common people must shoulder responsibility for those. In my opinion, while the latter is valid to some extent, I consider myself an advocate of the former.

In recent times, paying payments with mobile phones has become very widespread. Payment for purchased items has been developed all over the world, whether developed or developing countries, in this essay, I will talk about all the benefits of using digital payment, as well as its disadvantages.

I is true that in the last decades, the tuition cost for tertiary education is increasing year by year, some people believe that students should afford tuition fees by themselves instead of totally relying on government's supports. In my opinion, i partly agree with this view that students should be held accountable for their tuition expenses but government should offer some help.

Nowadays, some individuals believe that the best way to boost economies in developing countries is attracting international companies’ investment, while other portion of society believe that it is better to rely on the domestic companies. I agree with the former one, because many developing countries are not wealthy enough to depend on themselves.

It is true that because the soaring development of technology, network already penetrated into our daily lives. While it is true that watching TV affects children, it is difficult to determine whether it is the content of the programs or the length of time spent watching them that has a more significant impact on children. It seems to me that although the amount of time does affect youngsters, it is the content of the programs that has a more marked influence on them. On the one hand, the consequences of watching TV for long periods of time can be deleterious. Firstly, the longer children are exposed to TV programs, the more likely it is for them to become addicted to watching television. When children become over-reliant on television for entertainment, they might neglect engagement in outdoor activities. This may result in a sedentary lifestyle that is highly detrimental to their physical health. It is an undeniable fact that " laws are made to maintain the decorum of a nation ." It is a debatable issue that well-being must be penalised if their offspring break the law since they are responsible for what their department do . I partly accord with this statement. In this requisition, I will discuss my views from multiple angles before deriving a meaningful conclusion.
