Recently, there have been arguments that criminals are committed serious issues each year. Therefore, a number of people think that the better way to decrease the number of criminals is through the death penalty as a deterrent. Even though, others think that other ways should be needed. There are some merits and demerits to using the death penalty. I am going to discuss both sides opinions.
