Society has been divided in many catagories. People who live in middle class families suffer from a lot of problems in life while rich folks do not. Some people think that administration should change the way youth live but others where others have different point of view. I personally agree on this.

There are basically two prospects when we are talking about sharing personal record with organizations when applying for work.
