With the ever-increasing vehicles, the amount of cash spent on road making is extremely escalating. Some hold the notion that citizens are responsible for the reconstruction and management of this. However, others found the authorities responsible for it. While communities pay money through tolls, in actuality the government should pay for everything. In this essay, I will illustrate both sides through relevant arguments.

There are different opinions about forcing people to reuse and recycle their own domestic wastes by a legal rule or the government should be highly responsive to educate society instead of penalizing them. In my point of view, with regard to the catastrophic circumstance that the earth is there, this is better for authorities to do this as formal law. In this essay, I will clarify both beliefs.
