I partly agree with the idea because if we don't study literature, there is no requirement to learn the language for learning the culture. There are many various ways to learn a new culture.

In my point of view, with regard to the catastrophic circumstance that the earth is there, this is better for authorities to do this as formal law. In this essay, I will clarify both beliefs.
