Some suggested that it should allocate more resources to art development meanwhile other argued that health and education are more crucial and worth spending more on these issues. In this essay, both sides' opinions will be discussed.

Personally, not only am I in agreement with the latter statement but I am also inclined to believe that measures should be implemented.

I strongly agree with the latter opinion due to some crucial reasons. This essay will portray the causes behind my aforementioned statement.
