Some people believe that employees are only motivated to work for the same organization if they are offered a good salary. However, I completely disagree with the above ideology. In today's society, people can find information easily over the Internet or in the library. Since people can benefit greatly from these information, some people suggest that it is wise to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world, while the others hold the opposite view. In my opinion, i think both views have their own points and i think information should be shared or not depends on the situation.

There are countries in which experienced workers are hired easily instead of those who have better knowledge and education. There are kinds of jobs as people to develop them, and each job should take into consideration different aspects, for that reason I am in disagreement to that extent, and I think that not always there are more advantages than drawbacks due to the following reasons that I will explain here.
