People buy a product if it fulfills their needs; there is no need for advertisement. To what extent do you agree or disagree with it?

It is thought that consumers only buy products that they need and therefore advertisements are not necessary. I can’t entirely agree with this opinion because ads can help consumers make informed decisions and help businesses grow their revenues.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to make people recycle more is to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

One of the recently debated social topics is whether the authorities should govern rules for recycling or not. In other words, some people think that current reusing of the waste is inadequate and governments should make people recycle more by different rules.I strongly agree with those rules and in this ,essay I am going to prove this idea with different reasons.

Nowadays, advertisements could be easily found everywhere, for instance: on the internet, on TV, phones and billboards in the streets, which are increasingly influencing people's lifestyles in both positive and negative ways. Some people say that it's not a problem, but I disagree.

In the advertising world due to some reasons, it is normal to point out that their products are newer than others in addition to some special features that they have put in. there are some pros and cons and I believe that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages at some points.

Constructing professional sports facilities is really indispensable for a nation's sports undertakings, and some approve that in order to achieve a higher score in international competitions, top athletes should have the right to use them while the public cannot. Personally, I totally agree with that.

It is predicted that applied printed books and newspapers will be replaced by cutting-edge devices.since they will be more accessible without cost.To be honest, I am convinced that it is a useless idea to stop utilizing apply printed books.Both views will be elaborated on in this essay.

As technology is advancing rapidly nowadays, it’s inevitable that future roads will be busy with autonomous vehicles which will be bringing only passengers. This essay will demonstrate how driverless cars can reduce fatal incidents and save the time of the passengers but will also show that this can lead to such problems as losing of drivers’ jobs and less private security. Whilst acknowledging that there are drawbacks, the essay will argue that the advantages of self-driving vehicles outweigh the disadvantages.

There is an interesting issue to discuss how we decide to live by owning or renting the house. The reason people own a home instead of renting one might be because in some countries, especially in developing countries, the price of the home is still in an affordable range and people might buy their own home for future investment. I personally think that it is a beneficial situation. The essay will substantiate its causes as well as my opinion.

Nowadays, asking private questions about volunteers' work while seeking new jobs through company heads like characteristic surveys has become a hot conversation.as well as some managements think investigating workers personal data would be useful during the recruitment process, some opponents believe completely different.as far as I, myself agree with the first group.
