The dangers of smoking are well known, yet many people continue with this habit. They will have to spend more money than others. Do you agree or disagree to what extentpHowever, I agree with those who argue that there should be a maximum wage. By introducing a limit on earnings, the pay-gap between bosses and employees can be reduced. Currently, the difference between normal and top salaries is huge, and this can demotivate workers who feel that the situation is unfair. With lower executive salaries, it might become feasible to introduce higher minimum wages, and everybody would be better off. One possible consequence of greater equality could be that poverty and crime rates fall because the general population will experience an improved standard of living.

You live in a small neighbourhood. An abandoned piece of land around the corner is not being utilized effectively. The council has sent out an opinion survey to see what the residents would like to use that area for. Option A: Children’s playground: This playground would include swingset, basketball court, baseball field and a skating arena. Option B: Health club: This health club would include sports facilities, personal training and group exercise classes.
