While cities are often seen as places of opportunity, there are indeed some major disadvantages of pursuing dreams in a large metropolis. On the other hand, there are still some advantages to living in the city. In my opinion, it would be rather better for the government to inspire industries and corporations to shift to rural areas.

On the one hand, taking time would have many merits. First of all, having a gap year lets students have various experiences. Through a gap year journey, they can have direct or indirect experiences that they have never had, facing new and diverse cultures and people which are in various new field and different from people that they have faced. For example, they can not only experience the cultures of other nations but also be taught foreign languages. Secondly, a gap year can be the preparation process for university. For instance, pupils can study additionally about the parts which are necessary to university process but they lack. Moreover, if pupils cannot decide their major yet, working in that area would be of help to decide it and earn money for tuition themselves.

Since English is the most commonly spoken language by a great number of people regardless of their nationalities, English learning is booming all over the world nowadays. Therefore, it will be a meaningful discussion whether non-native teachers are more effective in teaching English or not. I claim that native speakers are better in many ways than non-native speakers in terms of English education.

For decades, In Asian schools You will be able to see many non-native English teachers teaching several students. I was also one of those students. But if asked about the quality of teaching, it would probably be not as good as it should be. So that is the reason why I totally disagree with this opinion and prefer that any government try to provide native- English speakers to be teachers.
