Some people think that it would be better for large companies and industries to move to regional areas outside large urban centers. Do you think advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

well , it is true fact that individuals have to construct large buildings in the countryside area instead if urban side because in rural area the free land is available at low cost as campare to town side .Nevertheless, due to high rate of pollution , it is best for them to construct industries outside the modren city .From my perspective, I believe that merits of this approach supersede it's demerits.

Developing countries, in general, that have not achieved a significant degree of industrialization relative to populations, in most cases a medium to the low standard of living so wealthy nations are supposed to give financial aid to poorer ones , others argue that practical assitance and service are more beneficial. In recent times, couples prefer to start the journey of Parenthood when they are older and matured to carry the responsibilities of parenting, as this is good for the well-being of offspring since they would have gathered most experience and finance needed in taking care of their kids. Therefore, the advantages supersede the drawbacks. Albeit, giving birth at an older age could result in some complications such as neonatal defects, preeclampsia etc which could be detrimental to both maternal and neonatal health.

Older generations have changed their workplace just 2 or 3 times in their lifetime. Although work was a big part of citizens' lives, they did not pay much attention to the work environment and tend to stay even if they are not paid enough for their work, are being bullied or not even recognized by colleges or heads of the company. Today people are beginning to see that they will be working for a vast majority of their life, therefore they are seeking the job with good, friendly team, good pay and a place where they can be heard. I agree with the mentioned statement to an extent.
