More and more companies are allowing employees to work at home. Do you think this is positive or negative?

Previously, due to the lack of advanced technologies there was no concept of working at home. People used to travel to their offices and work there. However, with the help of advancements obsevred in technology, it has made work from home very simple and easy and now there is no more need of any employee visitng there office, they can perform all there tasks at home. Companies have taken big advantage out of it. They are motivating more and more employees to work from home to get their burdens reduced. In my perspective, this is a very positive change and brings more oppurtunities. In this essay, i will brief over my point of view supprting with real life examples.

First impressions are extremely significant. Therefore, some individuals believe that doing good in interviews is the key to securing a good job. I totally agree with this statement because interviewers often assess applicants based in their appearance and performance in interview.

In the old days people's values were depending on their morality, how nobel a person is. However, it appears to me that this is not the case nowadays. People are now judged based on their social status and work possessions. I will be sharing my own opinion around this matter in this essay.

While this technology has numerous advantages, it has just as many disadvantages. This essay will focus on advantages and disadvantages of human observation, and I will provide my own opinion on the matter at the end. On the one hand, surveillance can help make the world a better place. Firstly, it can reduce the number of committed crimes. Using security cameras, the police can determine the rulebreaker and give them a deserving punishment. For instance, the credit system in China is reliant on security cameras and AI. Whenever a person commits a crime, the AI detects them, compares their face with everyone registered in the database, and punishes them with a decrease in credit score.
