With a fast-paced lifestyle, concerns about health and wellbeing are rising especially among the working class. Some people advocate that employers should allow the employees time for exercise during their working hours, I strongly agree with this idea because it contributes to employees' mental and physical wellbeings as well as companies' benefits.

Nowadays, mature people find computer games engaging and they spend their leisure time playing such kinds of games. It is always suggested that it is a tough task to ask children to spend time reading. I believe this is because reading is not interesting to them, and setting a family reading hour every day and joining a reading club might be helpful methods to solve this problem.
