It has been argued that a large number of people who had a big impact on the world were completely devoted to their work and did not care about the notion of work-life balance. Whilst people need to be invested in their professional lives to do their work the best they can, I believe that we need to find time to be generous to others and enjoy personal moments to have a balanced mental health.

While many people believe that cramming and immersion methods of learning are the most effective ones to learn a language or skill, other people claim that becoming dominant in merely available through lifelong; however, I hold the conviction that mixing both methods can work more influentially.

Beyond doubt, there have been many discussions revolving around the issue of whether a small number of people think that deciding children on everyday matters may lead to a person who lives only his wish, or others support that children should make decisions their own. From my own perspective, I support both ideas which making decisions is important for children, but this should be implemented with guidance. In this essay, I will discuss both ideas to explain why people believe these opinions as well as express my own ideas.
