The restoration of old buildings in major cities around the world costs numerous governments' expenditures. This money should be used for new housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Majority of cities around the world invest a lot of money in renovation of old buildings instead of spending on new buildings. In this essay, I will explain why I disagree with this statement.

Currently, people have different views as to whether that Lots of places in the world depend on travellers as a main source of income. Despite the fact that relying too much on tourism is the cause of many problems to the local area, I believe that travelling from overseas can import a lot of money and many benefits in each area.

In today's world, one of the most controversial issues is that senior students are required to acquire education and skills which will be quite necessary for their forthcoming jobs. Others claim that universities should pay attention to only theoretical knowledge whether practical one is demanded in personal life. I consider that universities should fulfill both approaches.

Nowadays many people consider that physical education will be necessary for schoolchildren because of the benefits to self-esteem and also this can have a significant positive impact on children. In my opinion, each lessons has important for offspring however physical lessons can be more benefical for their health.

I think this can have negative impacts because reduction in rural population leads to decrease in number of workforce in agricultural sector and overpopulation in cities only result in increasing poverty.

In my opinion, the idea of the people in group one is accurate. Because high salary individuals` taxes will be relatively high and the government will have a chance to benefit from high taxes. In this essay, it will be discussed both ideas and also I will declare my own opinion.
