In this contemporary ,era it is very unfortunate that due to vast progress in every field of ,life there is also noticeable growth seen in the anti-social behaviour of the people who become less respectful to each other. This essay will discuss both the causing phenomenon and some solutions to ameliorate the situation.

My reason for this opinion is the lower costs of international holidays and the globalization culture.

The main reason could be they might consider their skills more worthy and think that company might not compensate them accurately. However, the downside of it is, there is no fixed monthly income and mental stress is immensely attached to it.
