It is undeniable fact that cell phones are important gadgets for many teenagers.Although it useful means of communication it comes with some demerits.In this , an essay I will discuss both the positive and negative impacts of using this modern-day technology.

Some people feel that the design of newly constructed buildings in big cities should be controlled by governments. Others believe those who finance the construction of a building should be free to design it as they see fit. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

There is a controversy about which people should design the new buildings. Some people think that the government should take on this task. However, others believe that people who invest their money should do this, which is the same opinion as me.

It is undeniable that technology has its own merits and demerits.Socialising is an important aspect of today's world.Many resources have come up to help communicate with individuals living far away.While staying on social media has brought us together while it has also made us more isolated individulas.In this ,eassy I will elaborate on both these views.

These days there are many different ways to hold money and people have to carry cash or credit card. So, some people think that holding cash and keeping them in their pocket or wallet is a good way to catch money, while others think putting their money in a bank account is. This essay will discuss both sides and I will draw my personal conclusion.

In my further paragraphs, the advantages and disadvantages of moving abroad will be discussed.

Taking risks by the masses in their work lives and internal lives is prominent for their growth ,However balance should be required in folks' lives.This essay will elaborate merits and demerits of the same in the ensuing paragraphs.

Oil is a finite resource that is essential for energy production and transportation, making it a crucial commodity for modern society. However, the world is facing an increasing problem of oil shortage due to the continuous use of this non-renewable resource. The growing demand for oil in developing countries and the lack of alternative energy sources have contributed significantly to this problem.

Scholars approve that people destroing their health by eating fast food alot. Several people believe that the solution to this problem is to have health education, while others think education is not enough. I would argue that people keenly need to learn about harmful effects of junk food.

While others believe that each type crime should have the same level of punishment, others argue that it not only about the crime itself ,but also about the reason of committing it.This essay discusses whether it right to give a fixed sentence of conviction for each type of crime or studying the circumstances before the judge, and then I will give my opinion.

The number of waste products generated from homes is still becoming small and the government regulations to give it a legal requirement is considered to increase the product. I personally agree towards this statement to some extent which I will elaborate more on below.

In this modern era, where technology is sophisticated and up-to-dated, people and companies often face to cybercrime. Therefore, hacking can cause huge loss of money and fraud that should be solved.

In this contemporary world, people are getting used to the tendency to take a gap year of students between high school and university. Even though there are numerous advantages of this trend but the fact that students cannot bare with the drawbacks is needed to be considered.

In the past few decades, the patterns of a family seem to be greatly diversified. There are several changes related to this trend regarding its organization and members' role. In my opinion, this tendency can be seen as progress.

It is common for companies to ask for staff or customers' personal information such as passport ID, driving licence and bank details and save it on their cloud data or on the system.Therefore, the question arises whether our personal information is safe. I believe that, the cons outweigh the pros, hence in this essay we will discuss these and thus, come up with a reasoned conclusion.

This is the golden era through which we are passing. This 21 century most of massive development happening by technological assists. For this reason, our natural resources will decrease and threaten our planet. My point of view is that, we should see the effects and reduce the need for sustainable development.
