In the contemporary days a lot of cities are being developed for various purposes. Some people claim that towns should be planned to be lovely, others argue that their usefulness is more vital. It is agreed that public’s basic needs are more important than aesthetic one. This essay will discuss both these points of view and argue in favour of the latter.

Some people say that the main environmental problem of our time is the loss of particular species of animals and plants. Others say that there are more important environmental problems. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

There are two dissimilar viewpoints about the importance of different environmental challenges. While the first group reckons that the extinction of animals and plants is the most considerable issue of the environment, I fully agree with the second idea which argues that more vital problems can be seen in the environment.

Over recent years a new theory has been ignited between those who fiercely support writing properly and those who defend that speaking well is important. I do agree that writing well is important as it serves to strengthen relationships and also to express emotions.

There are controversial perspectives heating up a debate over whether it is vital for authorities to make an investment in the healthcare system and schooling. While some claim that the state is responsible for covering the cost, the opposite makes a statement that it is not the governor's liability. I believe that they should allocate money to them but not all the cost.

Some people say that holding sport competitions cause many troubles, others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

The theme of «severe problems with student behaviour» is a long-discussed topic. Actually, for many children nowadays, school remains the only place where at least someone cares about the child and his problems. That's why it is strange if today there are situations when educational institutions have no idea how to establish semantic connections between the behaviour and subculture of modern undergrads and the classical idea of these concepts.

It is believed by some that global involvement could settle problems with the environment, while others think that it should be determined on a national level. In my opinion, the impact of global decisions on environmental problems could affect a successful result in some critical problems such as greenhouse gasses, while solutions on a national level could be more useful in questions of regional level.

In many countries plastic shopping bags are the main type of rubbish. They cause water and land pollution, so they should be banned. To what extent do you agree?

Nowadays, plastic bags are commonly used in shops or supermarkets and become trouble with water and land pollution. Some suggested that it should be banned to mitigate environmental problems. In my opinion, it could be an effective way to reduce the number of plastic bags and directly prevent the issues of pollution.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

In the last few decades, our sources are consuming sharply and it brings pollution also. Some countries citizens care about recycling but their numbers are lower than others. A few humans do not believe in recycling, they say; ‘’This situation is to exaggerate.’’ However, I believe recycling is essential to all of world life because it protect our forests and ensure a lot of sources for people.

There are controversial perspective sparking a debate whether to use end of life punishment as a method of punishing crime. While some hold a strong view that it plays paramount significant role in restraining offenses, the opposite makes a statement that death penalty is an inhumane technique. In my opinion, while the latter is valid to some extent, I consder myself an advocate of the former.
