In modern time, due to the increasing of criminials, society divide two opinions that either putting into prison as long as possible or educating in local community. This is a controversial problem these days. Thus, this essay will discuss both sides before reaching any conclusions.

The authorities must fund projects like tourist hotels and factories to improve the local economy and less money on health and education services. In my view, I partially agree because health and education are some of the basic needs of human beings.

It is true that the decision of news editor is the final judgment of the news report, which is broadcasted to our media like television and newspaper. There are a numerous factors that impacts these decisions. However, it can be argued that good news may bring peace and happiness to a nation.

The chart below illustrates the percentage of houses owned and rented in England from 1918 to 2011. If we closely look at the chart, overall there is a consistent upward trend In owned houses, whereas there is a downward trend in rented ones. Furthermore, the chat shows us that only in 1971 both rented and owned accommodations were at the same level of 50 %.

It is commonly argued that the advantages exceed drawbacks of teaching children of difference between right and Wong at an early age. Also, learning the distinction only be achieved by applying punishment. From my respective, it is sometimes difficult to teach children with specific terms or conditions, however, learning the difference at an early age can prohibit any permanent harm on them or others. Writing a reflection letter can be one of the punishments for parents and teachers.
