However, the writer does not advocate this assumption because of more efficiency fostered by practical experience and good attitude by selecting employees with good personality.

Animal testing nowadays is considered to be very inhumane by some individual groups. However, in others' beliefs, experimenting on animals led to important scientific discoveries. In my opinion in some cases animal experimentation could be justified because of their contribution to the innovations in the field of science. However, it is not the sole contributor to the development of science, as in vitro method has been proven to be a good alternative in some situations.
