The advice from parents to their children about working hard to achieve anything that they have been planned has appeared as a culture in some society life. This advice has given both positive and negative impact to youngster. In this essay, the advantages and disadvantages of hard working advice will be explained.

This topic has been a controversy for a long time because of its various advantages and disadvantages.
