IT IS GENERALLY ACCEPTED THAT EXERCISE IS GOOD FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS. THERFORE, PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT SHOULD BE COMPULSORY FOR ALL STUDENTS IN ALL SCHOOLS. WHAT DO YOU THINK ?

In recent years, exercise has become popular activity due to owing lot of benefits such as better pysical figure and mental health. Therefore, whether schools should compulse all students to attend PE class has been a heated topic. In my opinion, I believe that students should all attend thier sport class in schools because it can help them release pressure, build muscle, and enhance relationship with classmates.

It is important for people to take risks, both in their professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages?

Involving ourselves in unpredictable circumstances due to take risks is crucial, including in professional and personal lives. I believe if the decision is taken cautiously, this would invented opportunities which greatly served the society. Therefore, this advantage far outweighs any potential disadvatages.

These days people are more dependent on technology especially related to household items such as washing machine or refrigerators. I believe that it has more advantages such as time saving and physical comfort over the additional expenses or some health-related issues.

Nowadays, as more and more people choose a sedentary lifestyle, the average BMI(body mass index) in some developed countries increases. This is a serious, but critical problem to solve, since overweight people often experience not just physical tiredness, as well as emotional exhaustion.In this essay I will look into the reasons for obesity and provide possible solutions.
