In the modern world, some opine that criminal activities are on the decline due to technology, while others believe that technology is misused and became a medium for promoting crimes. I agree with the latter view, because, in my opinion, the rise of technology has fueled cybercrimes and it also affects commerce in day-to-day life.

I partially agree with the statement that children should start learning another language before they turn 18. I believe that the earlier you start, the chances to be better at mastering the language is higher. However, I can't fully support this statement since all or nothing impression it gives. In contrast, I do believe that kids should focus more on developing their early-stage skills rather than trying to learn a foreign language. Both sides have their own merits, which will be outlined below.
