The debate around whether public funds should be allocated to the arts, such as music and theatre, is a contentious one. While some people feel that such costs are a waste of money and should be diverted to other public services, others feel that culture and creativity are essential elements of a vibrant and enriched society. In this essay, I will argue against the opinion that investment in the arts is an unwise allocation of public funds and explain why a diversified approach is desirable.

Some people believe that the effective way to decrease crimes is by giving criminals longer prison sentences, while other people think that there are other better and more useful options to reduce crime rates. In my point of view, I completely agree with the second opinion because staying in prison will not result in having fewer crimes, whereas other solutions like rehabilitation could help with reducing them. This essay will investigate the two different opinions.

Although there are some valid arguments to the contrary, I believe the advantages of taking a year off in terms of self-recognition and saving money far outweigh its drawbacks.
