The importance of people thinks that becoming a successful specialist is a better option in their younger age and they are never changed in forever heart which was always debatable has now become more controversial with many people claiming that it is beneficial while others reject the notion. The substantial influence of this trend has sparked controversy over its potential impact in recent years. My latter proposition appears to be more rational. This essay will further elaborate my view for favouring the positive impact of this trend and thus will lead to a logical conclusion.

In today’s world, a vast majority of authorities in big companies are elderly individuals. There is a common belief that they should be replaced by the young because they are able to supervise more efficiently. While I agree that some directors should be younger because these people can add new extraordinary solutions to tackle problems, I think that the old generation has more experience which allows production to avoid some typical mistakes in the process.
