Some countries achieve international sports by building specialised facilities to train top athletes, instead of providing sports facilities that everyone can use. Do you think this is a positive or negative development? Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In my opinion that some countries which builts specialised facilities to train top athletes it is great. Because only by this method of building perfect training camps , sportmans can reach the top of their sport section. But at the same time we can see that in some situations this method works badly. Let's take example from Chechnya. The president of Chechnya , Ramzan Kadirov makes big donations and supporting to high level sport to his country. But we can see that amateur level of sport just downgrading for every year in Chechnya. Kids or teenagers need to wait on order to train a sport in Chechnya. Like if you want to go to train some martial arts, or just go to swimming centre , you might to wait half of the year, only in best case scenario. The best idea to improve it , i guess it just make equal support and donation for each train sections, for amateurs and to professional sport athletes. But let's be honest. People this day chose to write less formal and more relaxed for lots of reasons, but I think the most important one is due to its flexibility. Especially, writing informally is way faster than writing messages formally. For instance, using slang or abbreviations can help the sender to write faster and the receiver to understand much quicker; it requires less effort. That is why people prefer to write informally, and perhaps this can be seen as an advantage.
