Nowadays, job payment is the most significant effect to people' job standard. Vice versa, it is argued that satisfication with job also play an important role in job decision. In my perspective, I partly disagree with the opinion that job should be choose by the salary received, but also should be decided by seeker's happiness.

Some argue that kids are being forced by their mom and dad to succeed, while others think that they should be taught the importance of being cooperative instead. Although imposing the importance of success in children can force them to work hard, I believe that cooperation is more important because it teaches them to work on a team.

Some people believe that taking standardized tests from school children should not be suggested. I do not agree with this idea and children should be examined by standardized tests.
