In many job interview,employers ask personal questions like what applicant do in their resting time or whether they already married.Some people believed that this information will be helpful and useful for making hiring decisions,while any other person against that it is unnecessary and couldn’t be identified.In this essay,I will discuss both side before giving my own view.
