Others argue that governments should replace them with new, modern buildings. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Few people believe that ancient infrastructures, such as art galleries and town halls, must be redeveloped even if it comes with great cost. While others argue, that instead, government should replace old buildings with the modern designs. In my opinion, old infrastructures should be remodified and kept as it is. In this essay we will discuss both views, then come to a suitable conclusion.

Some employers reward members of staff for their exceptional contributions to the company by giving them extra money. this practice can act as an incentive for some, but may also have a negative impact on others. To what extent is this style of management effective? Are there better ways of encouraging employees to work hard?

Some companies give bounce to some employees for thier outstanding performance. While this system can motevates some staff, it may also can create problems in workplace. In my openion, financial rewards are useful but other methods can be more effictive.

There is no denying the fact that water is essintial to all lifes. While it is commonly held belif that government should provide citizain a water supply for free, there also an argument that opposes it. I providing a water supply without cost is a wrong descion.

Many book readers preferring to read books online then reading it from actual book. The biggest reason for this is technological progress which has made it easy and convenient to every user, It may leave negative impacts on established libraries such as, loosing it's cultural value and permanent closure.

In many countries small shops located in town centres are gradually disappearing due to the significant increase to on-line shops and supermarkets. Undoubtedly, this is causing a negative impact on local communities.

Students in primary and secondary schools in many different countries will have approximately two months or more than two month break for their summer hoildays. And a long school hoildays allow students to get the chance for planning things that usually requires a long period of time. However, if some schools provide shorter hoildays, it might make students feel hard to fully enjoy their vacations.

Due to the advancement of technology, everything runs on the internet weither is practical or theortical work. Many people believe that students should not need to attend schools, because of internet, as it has all the material and information which they need for their studies. I totally disagree with this notion, and my view points discuss in the following paragraphs.

In recent years the question whether the physical punishment in schools is in decline or it should be used in the matter to improve behavior, has became widely debated. There are planty of the different opinions on this case, some people believe that the physical violance is never going to have a positive outcome, while others think that in some sityations it can be helpful. Personally, I strongly disagree that the physicall contact can ever help children to learn and improve their behaviour.

In today's fast paced world, the artificial intelligence is growing rapidly. A few individuals are excited about the opportunities given by AI whereas others are terrified. From my perspective, artificial intelligence is very beneficial for individuals in academics as well as their everyday’s lives.

Some would argue that grow up of instants should be in the urban areas. Nevertheless, others opine that the environment of villages is far better for children. While, they can get open space and clean air in the countryside, however, i think that they can get multifarious amenities in cities such as, study, transportation and better life style.

In the present scenario, travellers prefer to use aeroplanes as their major means of transportation. This has made the flights prices cheaper as compare to the past, as countless people prefer to use planes to travel to other countries. In my opinion, this trend is generally a positive development as it not only bring multiple benefit to the travellers but also to the local communities.
