As a begınnıng , we can talk about the ımportance and nonlımıtness of clean sources, to use by large amount of people lıvıng on this earth and also what can be done for the safety of these supplies. Especially about the clean and fresh water ,there are different ıdeas to serve. Some believe that control of the fountains should have been made by the government, on the other hand, some defend there ıs no necessıty to organıse by an authorıty. In thıs essay, I will argue about these two different perspective and explore out my vısıon.
