Nowadays ,there are split argument about achieve balance at work environment and other responsibilities towards lives' needs. Nevertheless few individuals had been goen over it. This statment has several causes such as full life stress in both sides that are work and home as well as time miss-control by using smart phone during a day. Although, the solution will be present in this essay.
