It is often said that it is necessary for university students to concentrate only on being high-qualified experts on their field; while others claim that they should learn extra subjects apart from principal subjects of their study. From my point of view, improving other skills in addition to main subject would be crucial for students.

in a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these vlews and give your own opinion.

Citizens of some countries consider it should spend a large number of money on building high speed railways between cities, other think the money should spend on improving the existing public transportation systems. Some may say the high speed rail way is the most efficient way to get to another city, some says it is too costly.

There are the large number of people who thinks that nowadays individuals prefer to use the language that is less formal and is in more relaxed form for their written message. However, there are several indiviuals that are not in favour of such writing practice. Due to evolving technology, it is said that the amount of crimes have been lessened compared to the numbers we have in the past. I disagree with this notion, because with the number of killings and stealings that is happening at the moment around the world, no surveillance cameras and smartphones have evidently stopped these wrongdoings, in contrast in the past, it has gone to worse.

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case ? Do you think this a positive or negative situation ?

Owning a home is more important than renting a house, In other countries, In my opinion, this is a positive situation that I will explain my own opinion. Nowadays, Bangkok in Thailand has most of condominiums than houses. Especially, the house was bought by wealthy people which is the reason why we have to rent a home or condominium by the way It is a high price to rent it including having to pay month by month must be more expensive than buying one time. Buying a home is much more comfortable than renting one because if you buy a house, you can do anything that you want for example you can rent a house for rent to gain money for do else’s business, On the other hand, if you renting a house you can’t do anything with your house and have to pay much of money including an interest payment if you pay late.
