Humans are social beings by nature, they require human interactions to build confidence in themselves, it’s the reason why children are encouraged to attend schools and employees to commute to work offices. Group activities it’s a great tool to discover strengths and areas of improvement of each participant and to provide feedback. Through these activities individuals are exposed to acquire new sets of skills such as team leadership, team work and rapport, while members are encouraged to share ideas and knowledge in a practical way, as participants may stand opposite points of view and possess different types of intelligence. It promotes both a healthy competition and an opportunity for debate.
