In today's time some of the developing or the poorer countries are producing good number of medical and engineering graduates every year and due to lack of government jobs, bad infrastructure and poor salary structure, the large number of highly skilled professionals like doctors , engineers and IT professionals indirectly forced to migrating to developed countries for better paying jobs and attractive incentives offerred by the companies. Which indeed a big reason of having brain drain in the poorer countries.
