It has become a controversial issue, whether managers can take best decisions or workers. Some people hold the view that every action will be under the manager's control, whilst others claim that emplyees should take part in this practice. However, I opine that neither all of the decision should be taken by employer only nor without the participation of their workers. Learning is a life-long process. There are some people who believe that every educational institution, even from the elementary to tertiary level, promotes theoretical aspects than practical training. I strongly disagree with this viewpoint because it is highly essential to spend a significant amount of time for this since this prepares the students to secure better prospects.

Today's the education system and it's structure is different everywhere and it is completely based on the Government and their policies. There are countries where school start at lower age as four and in other it is at seven or eight years.
