It is believed that science is for the sake of human convenience. It should be used as a tool to increase the quality of people's lives. However, the development of science may not always be compatible with a better life for everyone. War and weapons can be a good indication of the devastating effects of improvement in science. In my opinion, science should be only in favour of better lives and such impacts might be controlled or avoided.

Ultimately, I believe people who are not settling for less will have a persistent character and always do their best in everything.

Even if there is a lot of workout centers, passive lifestyle is becoming widespread worldwide. This essay will discuss the problems associated with sedentary lifestyle and suggest possible solutions to address them. Inactive way of living causes an increase in health problems such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases among the population. The possible solution could be inserting mandatory physical activities in people’s lives by equipping their workplaces with special tools for their physical training.
