I completely disagree with the statement because even though expansion in tourism bussiness and industry bring in a lot of revenue to the nation, the states should prioritise health and education because it will increase the value of the citizens and it will benefit the nation in long term.

People have different perception when it comes to their children's education. I think it is a positive impact to the society because it helps to achieve herd immunity and reduce complications and death.
