In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

In todays complex world, advertising is ubiquitous aspect of modern life which has been creating competitive workplace for companies. Owing to survive in that conditions, businesses concentrate on novel method. From my perspective, it is the positive trend if corporations strive to gain quality of products and promote environmental issues through new approaches.

Today many people frequently change their jobs. What problems does it create? How to solve them?

Although many argue that the increase in the rate of switching occupation is hugely benefit for the employees as they gain new skills when are constantly exposed to new environments, these developments cause negative consequences to the businesses as they would need to invest a large sum of money in human resources. Therefore, this problem need to be tackled as soon as possible, possibly by the improvement of intrinsic rewards.

It is often argued that it is more advantageous to choose a job with high wage, even ifit doesn't appeal to you at all. I completely disagree with this opinion and think that job satisfaction is much more important than salary.

Presently, environmental issues are becoming vital concern around the world for everyone. However, some people are stating that rising the cost of fuel could be effective way to solve these problems. In my point of view, I disapprove former statement that surge of fuel price would be helpful.

There is an opinion that songs with lyrics which romanticize violence and abuse should be banned. The negative aspect is that those songs affect people's minds, especially the young generation highly influenced and may see characters from the song as role models, therefore copying their abusive behaviour. However, there are some benefits, such as free from censored content, so people can choose what to listen to by themselves.

Climate change is a phenomenon affecting people in all walks of life, from indiviadual citizens to the whole country and huge mutinational companies. Therefore, I disagree with the notion that the only way to protect the environment is at an international level. I firmly believe that the problem can be handled if individuals contribute, all governments take steps at national level and join hands together.
