Sleep deprivation has become spread among human beings there are sieveral issues caused by it such as decline in mental health, decrease of people's productivity. To takle it increase the awareness among the mumbers of the society, doing exercises.

Some psychologists claim that the basic reason for this is that children these days are not getting the social and emotional learning they need from parents and teachers. To what extend do you agree or disagree with this option?

Children is a gift from God that parents need to be grateful for and and take good care of it. Recently, the information tell a violent crime from teenagers has been increasing. Several psychologists state the fundamental reason of this incident is the children are not get the awareness of their mental health from parents and teachers. However, i would argue that learning attitute should take as a main consideration by pay more attention to children and searching for the best school from them.
